Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available in selected locations with extra handling fee
2. Secure Transactions
All online transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways. We do not store any of your card or payment details on our servers.
3. Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS.
In case of payment failure, the amount (if debited) will be auto-refunded to your original source within 5–7 working days.
4. Payment Issues
If you face any payment-related problems:
Wait for 5–10 minutes and try again.
Contact your bank or payment app.
If still unresolved, reach us at support@easyhomemart.in with payment reference ID.
5. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious or high-risk orders to prevent fraud. In such cases, refunds will be processed after verification
